Fitness Background
• Graduate, Women’s Running Group, Montgomery County Road Runners Club, 1997
• Completed first 5k road race, June 1997
• Completed five marathons: Marine Corps (1999, 2000, 2011); Pittsburgh (2000); New York (2004)
• Joined Weight Watchers, 2003 at 226 lbs.
• Reached Weight Watcher’s goal weight of 155 lbs, April 2005

Current Fitness Activities:
• Cardio workouts 4-5 times a week
• Group runs, Saturday and Sunday mornings (3-6 miles)

Current Fitness Goals
• Incorporate strength and flexibility into workout plan
• Lose 10 pounds, reduce circumference off waist by 8 inches
• Increase weekly mileage on individual and group runs by 10% each month
• Develop muscle tone
• Reduce fat around upper arms
• Enroll in Advanced swim lessons
• Successfully complete Gold’s 12-week challenge
• Train for and complete a summer triathlon and fall 2013 marathon
