How I Work

Fill out the contact form below, and I will get in touch with you to discuss your goals and how we might best work together.

Your goals could be:

  • I’m training for a specific race
  • I want to learn how to run (I am a true beginner)
  • I want to lose weight
  • “Doctor’s orders”
  • My friends and I want to start running together
  • I need to pass a physical (for the military, etc.)

Once I receive your contact info, I will have you complete a fitness assessment. Then, we will meet in person to discuss your goals and develop a plan on how to meet them.

This could include:

  • Running together
  • Timing your workouts
  • Videotaping your workouts
  • Developing realistic intermediate goals and setting up a timeline for achieving each one
